Natalie

Today was one of those days where where I was walking for an hour and couldn't find a good face to photograph. It was started to get frustrating. The sun was beginning to set, and I couldn't accept the fact that I haven't taken a single shot today. Disheartened, I decided to call it a day.

It was then when I noticed Natalie playing bubbles with her grandma. She was dancing and laughing as she watches the bubbles ascend and pop in her face. Carefully, I tip-toed towards them and smiled as they turned and looked at me. Waving the camera, I gestured to her grandmother, asking if I could snap a few pictures of Natalie. She nodded and smiled.

Squatting down, I asked Natalie for her permission, and she too replied yes (sheepishly). With the camera pointed towards her, I counted 1,2,3. But instead of smiling, she burst out in laughter. Puzzled, her grandma and I turned and looked at each other, and we too broke into laughter.
